On October 18, 2022, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rule affects ch. DWD 80, relating to the worker's compensation computation of the weekly wage for part-time employees.

Statement of Scope

The statement of scope for this rule, SS 042-22, was approved by the Governor on May 12, 2022, published in register No. 797A3 on May 16, 2022, and approved by the Secretary-designee of the Department on May 26, 2022.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
