NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSED RULE TO
TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule amends chs. ATCP 21, 29 and 35 relating to the Removal of Obsolete Language. Statement of Scope and Proposed Rule
The scope statement for this rule, SS 059-22, was approved by the Governor on July 7, 2022, published in Register No. 799A2 on July 11, 2022, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats., on July 21, 2022. The proposed hearing draft of the rule was approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.136 (2), Stats., on November 17, 2022. The department will hold a public hearing on this rule on Friday, December 16, 2022, through a means that is fully compliant with Wisconsin law.
