NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT PERIOD
The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it will hold a public hearing on a permanent rule for chapters ATCP 21, 29, and 35 relating to the removal of obsolete language and to resolve statutory conflicts, at the time and place shown below.
