Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On November 17, 2022, the Department of Administration submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters ADM 35, relating to financial management of the Environmental Improvement Fund.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 065-21, was approved by the Governor on July 16, 2021, published in Register No. 787B, on July 26, 2021, and approved by Joel Brennan, Secretary of Administration, on August 26, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on January 5, 2023.
