Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On November 28, 2022, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 102, relating to site-specific phosphorus criteria for Lac Courte Oreilles.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 052-21, was approved by the Governor on May 13, 2021, published in Register No. 785B on May 24, 2021, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on October 27, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on January 23, 2023.
