Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On December 6, 2022 the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter DE 13, relating to Controlled Substances Prescribing Continuing Education Requirements.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 031-22, was approved by the Governor on March 31, 2022, published in Register No. 796A2, on April 11, 2022, and approved by the Dentistry Examining Board on June 3, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on January 4, 2023.
