On December 14, 2022, the Funeral Directors Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects chapters FD 1, relating to apprenticeship and renewal.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 100-21, was approved by the Governor on October 22, 2021, published in Register No. 791A1 on November 1, 2021, and approved by the Funeral Directors Examining Board on November 19, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
