On January 18, 2023, the Athletic Trainers Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects chapters AT 1 and 4, relating to References to Consulting Physician.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 045-22, was approved by the Governor on May 20, 2022, published in Register No. 797A4 on May 23, 2022, and approved by the Athletic Trainers Affiliated Credentialing Board on June 9, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on March 7, 2023.
