Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On March 9, 2023, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 25, relating to the Chapter NR 25 reorganization rule. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 022-21, was approved by the Governor on February 19, 2021, published in Register No. 783A1, on March 1, 2021, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on May 26, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on April 6, 2023.
