On May 22. 2023, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule repeals ch. DWD 310, relating to fees for general aptitude test battery (GATB) services. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 021-23, was approved by the Governor on March 23, 2023, published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 808A1 on April 3, 2023, and approved by the Secretary-designee of the Department on April 19, 2023 Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
