On June 20, 2023 the Pharmacy Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter Phar 18, relating to Licensure of Third-Party Logistics Providers. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 097-21, was approved by the Governor on October 7, 2021, published in Register No. 790A3, on October 18, 2021, and approved by the Pharmacy Examining Board on January 19, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on August 31, 2023.
