Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On June 26, 2023, the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation submitted a proposed permanent rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats.

Statement of Scope
The Statement of Scope for this Permanent Rule, SS 025-23, was approved by the Governor on April 20, 2023, published in Register No. 809A1 on May 1, 2023, and approved by Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Craig Thompson, as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats, on April 7, 2023.
