On July 24, 2023 the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters DE 2 and 11, relating to Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support or Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 086-22, was approved by the Governor on October 27, 2022, published in Register No. 803A1, on November 7, 2022, and approved by the Dentistry Examining Board on November 21, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on September 6, 2023.
