Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On July 25, 2023, the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapter Trans 102, relating to operator’s licenses and identification cards. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 034-22, was approved by the Governor on April 14, 2022, published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 796A3, on April 18, 2022, and approved by the Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Craig Thompson as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats., on March 22, 2022. A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
