Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On September 5, 2023 the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters DE 1, 5, 6, 13 and 16, relating to Certification of Expanded Function Dental Auxiliaries.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 065-22, was approved by the Governor on July 21, 2022, published in Register No. 800A1, on August 1, 2022, and approved by the Dentistry Examining Board on August 15, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 1, 2023.
