NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Health Services (“the Department”) will hold a public hearing on an emergency and permanent rule, to amend DHS 137.03 and 137.04 (1)(a),(b), and (2)(b), relating to the Wisconsin Donor Registry for anatomical gifts.
