Request for Public Comments on the Anticipated Economic Impact of Proposed Rules

The Department of Children and Families is soliciting comments on the anticipated economic impact of proposed rules affecting DCF 101.23 and 120, relating to Emergency Assistance program integrity. Comments received will be used in the preparation of an economic impact analysis of the rules as required under s. 227.137, Stats.
