NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT PERIOD

The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it will hold a public hearing on a permanent rule to revise Wis. Admin. Code chs. 90, 91, and 92, relating to relating to fair packaging and labeling; selling commodities by weight, measure, or count; and weights and measures; affecting small businesses at the time and place shown below.

Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis

This rule will have minimal impact on affected businesses, including “small businesses.” Negative effects, if any, will be few and limited. Because this rule will not have a significant adverse effect on “small business,” it is not subject to the delayed “small business” effective date provided in Wis. Stat. § 227.22 (2) (e).
