On November 27, 2023, the Psychology Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect chapters Psy 1 to 5, relating to implementation of psychology licensure compact.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 019-23, was approved by the Governor on March 23, 2023, published in Register No. 807B on March 27, 2023, and approved by the Psychology Examining Board on April 11, 2023. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
