NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to s. 227.17, Wis. Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent rule repealing Tax 12.50 and Tax 19.04 (3) (c); amending 19.03 (1) (k) 1. and 2. and 19.04 (1); relating to unnecessary property assessment and taxation rules.

Written comments must be submitted no later than January 11, 2024 and will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
