NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to s. 227.17, Wis. Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent rule repealing Tax 12.50 and Tax 19.04 (3) (c); amending 19.03 (1) (k) 1. and 2. and 19.04 (1); relating to unnecessary property assessment and taxation rules.

Interested persons are invited to appear at the hearing and may make an oral presentation.
Persons making an oral presentation must submit written comments reflecting the oral presentation prior to the hearing. Please submit written comments to Scott Shields at Scott.Shields@wisconsin.gov
The proposed rule CR 23-062 is located on the legislature's administrative rules website. Written comments may be submitted to Scott Shields or submitted online. Written comments must be submitted no later than January 11, 2024 and will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
