On December 27, 2023, the Naturopathic Medicine Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect chapters Nat Med 1 to 6, relating to naturopathic doctors.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 001-23, was approved by the Governor on December 22, 2022, published in Register No. 805A1 on January 3, 2023, and approved by the Naturopathic Medicine Examining Board on February 20, 2023. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on February 16, 2024.
