On December 29, 2023, the Pharmacy Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters REEB 12 and 25, relating to Licensing and Continuing Education of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 078-22, was approved by the Governor on September 15, 2022, published in Register No. 801A3 on September 19, 2022, and approved by the Real Estate Examining Board on September 27, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on February 1, 2024.
