On January 2, 2024, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Registered Interior Designers submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect A-E 1 to 15, relating to registered interior designers.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 028-23, was approved by the Governor on April 27, 2023, published in Register No. 809A1 on May 1, 2023, and approved by the Board on December 14, 2023. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
