Notice of Hearing
The Department of Financial Institutions announces that it will hold a public hearing on a permanent rule order to revise DFI-CU chapters 51, 54, 56, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 68, 69, 71, 72, 74, and 75 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, relating to correcting out-of-date cross-references, repealing obsolete provisions, modifying the structure of existing rules to conform to current drafting practices, and revising the definition of “member business loan” to conform to federal law.
