NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF RULES TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE

PI 34, WISCONSIN ADMINISTRATIVE CODE

On February 16, 2024, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.

The scope statement for this rule, SS 085-23, was published in Register No. 814B, on October 30, 2023, and approved by State Superintendent Jill K. Underly on November 28, 2023.

The proposed rule amends ch. PI 34, relating to trade specialist permits.

Public hearings will be scheduled as required under s. 227.16 (1), Stats.
