On February 5, 2024, the Controlled Substances Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

The scope statement for this rule, SS 095-22, was approved by the Governor on November 3, 2022, published in Register No. 803A3, on November 21, 2022, and approved by the Controlled Substances Board on December 7, 2022.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on March 8, 2024.
