NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF RULES TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
EDUCATOR LICENSES
PI 34, WISCONSIN ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
On February 13, 2024, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The scope statement for this rule, SS 111-23, was published in Register No. 816A2, on December 11, 2023, and approved by State Superintendent Jill K. Underly on December 21, 2023. The proposed rule amends ch. PI 34, relating to designating the Wisconsin Challenge Academy as an educational entity. Public hearings will be scheduled as required under s. 227.16 (1), Stats. The Division for Academic Excellence within the Department of Public Instruction is primarily responsible for promulgation of this rule.
