On February 27, 2024, the Chiropractic Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter Chir 3, relating to cardiopulmonary resuscitation requirements. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 062-23, was approved by the Governor on August 17, 2023, published in Register No. 812A3, on August 21, 2023, and approved by the Chiropractic Examining Board on October 2, 2023. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on June 27, 2024.
