Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On March 5, 2024, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Registered Interior Designers submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect A-E 2, 7, and 8 related to sealing and stamping of documents.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 112-21, was approved by the Governor on December 10, 2021, published in Register No. 792A3 on December 20, 2021, and approved by the Board on January 18, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on April 10, 2024.
