On May 16, 2024, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15(1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect chs. NR 10 and 19, relating to elk management. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 041-23, was approved by the Governor on June 15, 2023, published in Register No. 810A3, on June 19, 2023, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on December 13, 2023. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
