Notice of Preliminary Public Hearing on Scope Statement
The Department of Safety and Professional Services announces that it will hold a preliminary public hearing on Scope Statement SS 073-24 for rules SPS 381 to 387, relating to Plumbing Code Review. The type of proposed rule is permanent. In accordance with s. 227.136, Stats., the Department of Safety and Professional Services is seeking public comment and feedback on Scope Statement 073-24, at the time and place shown below.
