2003 WISCONSIN ACT 106

An Act to repeal 287.31 (3) (c) 3. and 4.; and to amend 287.31 (3) (c) 2m. of the statutes; relating to: the newspaper recycling fee and the recycled content of newsprint used in newspapers.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

106,1 Section 1. 287.31 (3) (c) 2m. of the statutes is amended to read:

287.31 (3) (c) 2m. 1998 through 2000 and thereafter, 33%.

106,2 Section 2. 287.31 (3) (c) 3. and 4. of the statutes are repealed.
