2003 WISCONSIN ACT 75
An Act to create 29.314 (1) (am), 29.314 (3) (b) 4., 29.314 (4) (b) 4. and 29.314 (5) (b) 3m. of the statutes; relating to: the use of a laser sighting device by a visually handicapped person while hunting.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
75,1 Section 1. 29.314 (1) (am) of the statutes is created to read:
29.314 (1) (am) "Laser sighting device" means a device for sighting a firearm that uses light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation to emit a beam of light that is visible to the human eye.
75,2 Section 2. 29.314 (3) (b) 4. of the statutes is created to read:
29.314 (3) (b) 4. To the holder of a Class C permit issued under s. 29.193 (2) (c) 4. who uses a laser sighting device while hunting with a firearm, bow and arrow, or crossbow.
75,3 Section 3. 29.314 (4) (b) 4. of the statutes is created to read:
29.314 (4) (b) 4. To the holder of a Class C permit issued under s. 29.193 (2) (c) 4. who uses a laser sighting device while hunting with a firearm, bow and arrow, or crossbow.
75,4 Section 4. 29.314 (5) (b) 3m. of the statutes is created to read:
29.314 (5) (b) 3m. To the holder of a Class C permit issued under s. 29.193 (2) (c) 4. who uses a laser sighting device while hunting with a firearm, bow and arrow, or crossbow.
