SPS 150.02 Definitions; generally.

SPS 150.01 SPS 150.01 Authority. The rules in chs. SPS 150 to 154 are adopted pursuant to ss. 227.11 (2), 440.993, 440.9935 and 440.999, Stats.

SPS 150.02 SPS 150.02 Definitions; generally. As used in chs. SPS 150 to 154:

SPS 150.02(1) (1) “ Athlete agent” has the meaning given in s. 440.99 (2), Stats.

SPS 150.02(2) (2) “ Department” means the department of safety and professional services.

SPS 150.02(3) (3) “ Educational institution” has the meaning given in s. 440.99 (4r), Stats.

SPS 150.02(4) (4) “ Registration” has the meaning given in s. 440.99 (9), Stats.

SPS 150.02(5) (5) “ State” has the meaning given in s. 440.99 (10), Stats.

SPS 150.02(6) (6) “ Student athlete” has the meaning given in s. 440.99 (11), Stats.
