AB150-ASA1-AA11,2,4 (b) In the previous school year, the equalized value of the school district divided by its membership was less than the statewide average.

AB150-ASA1-AA11,2,8 (2) From the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (ae), beginning in the 1996-97 school year, the state shall pay to each school district eligible for aid under this section the amount necessary to ensure that the net cost of the school district's general fund divided by its membership is equal to 92% of the statewide average.".
