ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 9, To ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 150

AB150-ASA1-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB150-ASA1-AA9,1,4 1. Page 257, line 7: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $250,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $500,000 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB150-ASA1-AA9,1,8 2. Page 257, line 12: substitute "system" for "program"; and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $187,500 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $187,500 to increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.

AB150-ASA1-AA9,1,11 3. Page 257, line 16: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $205,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $205,000 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB150-ASA1-AA9,1,14 4. Page 257, line 24: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $1,426,500 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $1,426,500 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB150-ASA1-AA9,2,10 146.57 (3) (a) By July 1, 1994, the The department shall designate no more than 2 regional poison control centers and shall implement any other aspects of a statewide poison control system. From the appropriation under s. 20.435 (1) (ds), the department shall, if the requirement under par. (b) is met, distribute , for fiscal year 1994-95, not more than $187,500 in each fiscal year to each regional poison control center that is so designated to supplement the operation of the centers and to provide for the statewide collection and reporting of poison control data by the centers.".

Page 1905, line 8: delete lines 8 to 10 and substitute: "From the appropriation under s. 20.435 (1) (ef), the department shall award the following grants to grants for the following purposes, including a grant of $205,000 in each fiscal year to local health departments, under criteria that the department shall establish in rules promulgated under this section:
