AB150-SA59,1,4 1. Page 211, line 13: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $307,200 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $307,200 to increase funding for human growth and development programs.

AB150-SA59,1,6 2. Page 382, line 23: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 383, line 5.

AB150-SA59,1,7 3. Page 1408, line 5: delete lines 5 to 11.

AB150-SA59,1,8 4. Page 1411, line 10: delete lines 10 to 19.
