AB21-SA12,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB21-SA12,1,3 1. Page 1, line 8: after "program;" insert "benefits under the medical assistance program;".

AB21-SA12,1,4 2. Page 4, line 9: after that line insert:

AB21-SA12,1,5 "Section 2m. 20.927 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB21-SA12,1,10 20.927 (1) Except as provided under subs. (2) and (3) and s. 49.46 (2) (b) 14., no funds of this state or of any county, city, village or town or of any subdivision or agency of this state or of any county, city, village or town and no federal funds passing through the state treasury shall be authorized for or paid to a physician or surgeon or a hospital, clinic or other medical facility for the performance of an abortion.".

AB21-SA12,1,12 "Section 11m. 49.46 (2) (b) 14. of the statutes is created to read:

AB21-SA12,1,13 49.46 (2) (b) 14. Abortions and abortion-related services.".
