AB36-AA10,1,2 1. Page 2, line 21: after "(f)" insert ", except as provided in s. 893.55 (4) (g)".

AB36-AA10,1,3 2. Page 4, line 16: after that line insert:

AB36-AA10,1,4 " Section 6m. 893.55 (4) (g) of the statutes is created to read:

AB36-AA10,1,9 893.55 (4) (g) The limit on total noneconomic damages under par. (d) does not apply if the health care provider was, before the act or omission that resulted in an action to recover damages for an injury, disciplined for unprofessional conduct or negligence by the state agency that regulates that health care provider or by an agency of another state that regulates similar health care providers.".
