AB367-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB367-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute:

AB367-AA1,1,8 "304.062 Ordering parolees to perform community service work. (1g) In this section, "nonprofit charitable organization" does not include any organization a substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation or which participates or intervenes in (including the publishing or distributing of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
