AB557-ASA1-AA39,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB557-ASA1-AA39,1,4 1. Page 4, line 19: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $2,613,900 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $3,495,500 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB557-ASA1-AA39,1,5 2. Page 31, line 3: after that line insert:

AB557-ASA1-AA39,1,6 " Section 67m. 85.20 (4m) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB557-ASA1-AA39,1,9 85.20 (4m) (a) From the amounts appropriated under s. 20.395 (1) (bq), an amount equal to 42% 44% of the projected operating expenses of each eligible applicant's urban mass transit system shall be allocated to each eligible applicant.

AB557-ASA1-AA39, s. 67r Section 67r. 85.20 (4m) (em) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB557-ASA1-AA39,1,12 85.20 (4m) (em) 1. An amount equal to 42% 44% of the audited operating expenses for the project year of the applicant's urban mass transit system.".

AB557-ASA1-AA39,1,13 3. Page 88, line 21: after that line insert:

AB557-ASA1-AA39,2,3 "(9t) Mass transit operating assistance. The treatment of section 85.20 (4m) (a) and (em) 1. of the statutes first applies to state mass transit operating assistance payments for calendar year 1996.".

AB557-ASA1-AA39,2,6 "(10t) Mass transit operating assistance. The treatment of section 85.20 (4m) (a) and (em) 1. of the statutes takes effect on January 1, 1996.".
