(1g) Supplemental payment. To a Wisconsin works group whose annual gross
5income is less than 90% of the poverty line and that includes a participant in a
6Wisconsin works employment position, a Wisconsin works agency shall make a
7supplemental payment equal to the amount needed to raise the Wisconsin works
8group's annual gross income to 90% of the poverty line. In calculating the Wisconsin
9works group's annual gross income, the Wisconsin works agency shall include wages
10or grant amounts received under sub. (1), child support payments received on behalf
11of a child in the Wisconsin works group, food stamps received by the Wisconsin works
12group and any amount received under section
32 (b) (1) (A) to (C) of the internal
13revenue code and under s. 71.07 (9e).".
