AB6-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB6-AA6,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

AB6-AA6,1,3 " Section 2. 121.91 (4) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB6-AA6,1,8 121.91 (4) (d) If a school district's revenue in the preceding school year was less than the limit under sub. (2m) in the preceding school year, the limit otherwise applicable to the school district's revenue in the current school year under sub. (2m) is increased by an amount equal to the difference between the amount of its revenue in the preceding school year and the amount of the limit in the preceding school year.

AB6-AA6, s. 3 Section 3. Initial applicability.

AB6-AA6,1,11 (1) The treatment of section 121.91 (4) (d) of the statutes first applies to the calculation of a school district's revenue limit for the 1995-96 school year.".
