AB69-SA11,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB69-SA11,1,3 21. Page 1, line 2: after "counties" insert ", the display of firearms that are for
3sale and providing a penalty".

AB69-SA11,1,4 42. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

AB69-SA11,1,5 5" Section 2r. 941.299 of the statutes is created to read:

AB69-SA11,1,8 6941.299 Restrictions on display of firearms. (1) No person may display
7a firearm that is for sale in a show window or in a showcase or display counter in a
8manner which permits the firearm to be seen from a public street.

AB69-SA11,1,9 9(2) A person who violates sub. (1) is subject to a Class D forfeiture.".
