AB702-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB702-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "perishable"; and delete "food".

AB702-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 4: delete " perishable"; and delete "food".

AB702-AA1,1,4 3. Page 1, line 5: after that line insert:

AB702-AA1,1,6 "(a) "Agricultural product" means a plant or animal, or product of a plant or animal, grown or raised for commercial agricultural purposes.".

AB702-AA1,1,7 4. Page 1, line 6: substitute "(am)" for "(a)".

AB702-AA1,1,8 5. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 3.

AB702-AA1,1,10 6. Page 2, line 4: delete "or processes a perishable" and substitute ", raises or processes an".

AB702-AA1,1,11 7. Page 2, line 5: delete "food".

AB702-AA1,1,13 8. Page 2, line 6: on lines 6 and 7, delete "a perishable agricultural food" and substitute "an agricultural".

AB702-AA1,1,15 9. Page 2, line 8: delete "a perishable agricultural food" and substitute "an agricultural".

AB702-AA1,2,4 10. Page 2, line 12: delete the material beginning with "statement" and ending with "false" on line 14, and substitute: "false statement concerning an agricultural product or an agricultural practice used in the production of an agricultural product".

AB702-AA1,2,8 11. Page 2, line 16: delete the material beginning with "statement" and ending with "consumption" on line 17, and substitute: "false statement concerning an agricultural product or an agricultural practice used in the production of an agricultural product".

AB702-AA1,2,10 12. Page 2, line 18: delete the material beginning with the comma and ending with "false" on line 19.
