AB79-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB79-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete "(a)".

AB79-AA3,1,3 2. Page 2, line 4: substitute "Definition." for "Definitions.".

AB79-AA3,1,6 3. Page 2, line 5: delete lines 5 to 9 and substitute: "In this section, "agricultural property" means real property that is devoted to agricultural use, as defined in s. 91.01 (1), and principal residences located on that property.".

AB79-AA3,1,8 4. Page 2, line 11: delete lines 11 to 15 and substitute: "property that do not specify a termination date terminate on March 1.".

AB79-AA3,1,10 5. Page 3, line 6: delete "applicable date under sub. (2) (a) to (c)." and substitute "date specified under sub. (2).".

AB79-AA3,1,11 6. Page 3, line 12: on lines 12 and 15, delete "(a)".

AB79-AA3,1,13 7. Page 3, line 16: delete " person who held the lien" and substitute "holder of the title".
