ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 822

AB822-ASA1,1,3 An Act to amend 619.165 (1) (d); and to create 619.165 (1) (e) of the statutes; relating to: determining household income for the premium and deductible reduction under the health insurance risk-sharing plan.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB822-ASA1, s. 1 Section 1. 619.165 (1) (d) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB822-ASA1,1,6 619.165 (1) (d) The Subject to par. (e), the board shall establish and implement the method for determining the household income of an eligible person under par. (b).

AB822-ASA1, s. 2 Section 2. 619.165 (1) (e) of the statutes is created to read:

AB822-ASA1,1,9 619.165 (1) (e) In determining household income under par. (b), the board shall consider all of the following:

AB822-ASA1,1,14 1. Information submitted by an eligible person on a completed federal profit or loss from farming form, schedule F, if all of the income received in the preceding taxable year by all members of the eligible person's household while they were members of the household may be shown on the federal profit or loss from farming form.

AB822-ASA1,2,5 2. Information submitted by an eligible person on a completed federal profit or loss from business form, schedule C, if all of the income received in the preceding taxable year by all members of the eligible person's household while they were members of the household may be shown on the federal profit or loss from business form.
