SB107-SA1,1,3 " Section 2m. 103.29 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

SB107-SA1,1,9 103.29 (3) In addition to the penalties under sub. (1), any newspaper publisher or printer or other person employing individuals to sell or deliver newspapers who requires a minor to prepay for the newspapers to be sold or delivered by the minor in violation of s. 103.305 shall be liable, in addition to the amount prepaid, to pay to each minor affected an amount equal to twice the amount prepaid as liquidated damages.

SB107-SA1, s. 2r Section 2r. 103.305 of the statutes is created to read:

SB107-SA1,1,15 103.305 Penalty on newspapers for requiring minors to prepay for newspapers. A newspaper publisher or printer or any other person employing individuals to sell or deliver newspapers may not require a minor to prepay for the newspapers to be sold or delivered by the minor. Any person violating this section is subject to the penalties specified in s. 103.29.".
