SB144-SA9,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB144-SA9,1,3 21. Page 8, line 1: delete "Require" and substitute "Except as provided in par.
3(ad), require".

SB144-SA9,1,4 42. Page 8, line 8: after that line insert:

SB144-SA9,1,6 5"(ad) An injunction issued under sub. (4) may not require the surrender of a
6firearm that is owned by a person who is residing with the respondent.".
