15in s. 705.01 (3), shall provide that individual with a copy of any written appraisal
16report which is held by the financial institution, which relates to residential real
1estate that the individual owns or has agreed to purchase and for which a fee is
2imposed.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a financial institution that complies

7186.70 Record search. A credit union is entitled to reimbursement for
8expenses and costs incurred in searching for, reproducing and transporting books,
9papers, records and other data required to be produced by legal process, unless
10otherwise prohibited by law from collecting these expenses and costs. The expenses
11and costs shall be paid by persons seeking such production, including government
12units as defined in s. 108.02 (17). A credit union may not be required to produce
13books, papers, records and other data in response to legal process unless the
14expenses and costs, identified in an itemized invoice to be provided by the credit
15union, are paid or unless payment is tendered to the credit union in cash or by
16certified check or draft. This section does not require the office of credit unions to
17reimburse credit unions for expenses and costs incurred in the exercise by the office
18of statutory authority to examine credit unions and enforce the credit union laws of
19this state.
